Our process focuses on our clients: they pay our bills!  As a candidate, you actually do benefit from this: we're going to make sure that you have what it takes to hit the ground running in  your new position, and that you have a successful career there.  Our job isn't done until we've found common ground between you and our client, and we'll work with you to make sure the agreement you reach is one that you can be happy with, one where you'll find success.

We aren't for everyone: a recruiter can only help you if you're working in her field.  For us, that means mining, construction, or power generation.  We recruit superintendents and project managers, controllers and CFO's, General Managers and Metallurgists.  

 
At Piñon Resources, we prize our good relationships with candidates and clients, and are a little vain about not being your average recruiting outfit. We strive to carry ourselves professionally, be knowledgeable about the fields in which we work, be discreet when we sense that we may be on speakerphone, and schedule calls when it’s convenient.
