Cliff Heller

Cliff began his career as a manufacturer’s representative. He sold large-scale capital equipment in the power generation and mining industries on behalf of companies including ABB, GEA, Combustion Engineering, and Alstom.
His approach, then and now, is consultative: Discover the needs, and find the solutions that work for the people involved.

In his spare time, Cliff enjoys bicycling, reading (economics and new fiction are favorites), cooking, debating politics, and hanging out with his two fox terriers.

Joan Anderssen
Joan developed the skills for recruiting in the insurance and banking industries.  She has advanced degrees in economics and finance. Joan has spent almost 20 years as a professor of economics, finance, and accounting.

Joan’s recruiting practice is driven by her boundless enthusiasm and fantastic attitude, which she brings to everything she does.
In her (limited) spare time, Joan enjoys gardening, exercising, following the world economic news, and developing new marinades for her cooking endeavors.
